Cleaning services
Three ways we clean commercial facilities
Most buildings need the first one. The others are added where the site calls for them. Every service is quoted against a written scope for your property.
Recurring Commercial Cleaning
Scheduled cleaning on a nightly, weekly or custom cadence, against a written scope agreed before we start. Restroom sanitation is part of most recurring scopes.
Day Porter Services
On-site staff during business hours, keeping lobbies, restrooms and common areas presentable while the building is occupied.
Deep & Specialty Cleaning
Periodic and project work booked as needed, or scheduled into a recurring agreement. These are quoted on the scope agreed for your site — they are not automatically included in every cleaning contract.
Why operators choose POG
Operational discipline, applied to the built environment
Facility services fail on consistency, not effort. Every part of our model is built to remove variability from the outcome.
Documented Quality Assurance
Every visit is inspected against a written scope and logged. You receive the record — not a promise that it happened.
Professional Communication
A named account manager, defined escalation paths, and response commitments you can hold us to in writing.
Scalable Multi-Site Operations
One standard, one point of contact, and consistent reporting across every property in your portfolio.
Rapid Emergency Response
24/7 dispatch for water events, biohazard, and post-incident recovery, with clear arrival-time commitments.

Why POG
Cleaning you can check, not just hope for.
Most cleaning vendors sell you hours and ask you to trust the result. We agree the scope in writing first, check the work against it, and send you the record — so you can see what was cleaned rather than take our word for it.
A written scope, agreed before we start
Exactly what gets cleaned, how often, and to what standard — in writing, for each site, so nobody is guessing what was included.
Inspections you receive, not just hear about
Visits are checked against the written scope and the result is recorded. Your account manager sends the inspection record for each site every month.
One standard across every site
The same scope, cadence, and scoring model applied portfolio-wide, so buildings marketed as one portfolio actually perform like one.
Accountability with a name on it
A named account manager and a documented escalation path. You always know who owns the outcome.
Committed response times
Arrival windows in writing for routine requests, and 24/7 dispatch for emergencies.
Satisfaction guarantee
If an inspection fails, we remediate at our cost within the agreed window. No renegotiation.

How it works
What the first ninety days look like
No proposal until we have walked your sites. The standard comes before the price, because a price without a documented scope is a guess you inherit.
- Step 1 of 4:
We walk the properties
Every site, with your team, before anyone quotes a number. We document what is actually happening — the areas nobody has scoped, the tasks that quietly stopped, the standards that were never written down.
- Step 2 of 4:
You get a written standard
A documented scope per site and per area, specific enough to inspect against. If it is not written here, it is not in the contract — and if it is written, it is measured.
- Step 3 of 4:
One contract, one accountable owner
Services run through the standard rather than around it. When something is missed you have one number to call, not a vendor list to work through.
- Step 4 of 4:
Inspections and reporting you can audit
Scored management inspections with photographic evidence, and a monthly performance pack per site. You see what we saw, not a summary of it.
Separate product
POG Command — software for teams who manage their own facilities
Command is a separate product for in-house teams that handle their own cleaning and maintenance: a place to track tasks, run inspections, and log issues across your sites. It is not part of a cleaning agreement, and you do not need it to hire us.
Coming soon. Command is still in development and is not yet open for sign-up. The screens on the platform page are illustrative.
